Octobers Without You

All the other months line up behind October.

The leaves, the chill, the integrity of the 31 days that give home to Halloween and hope simply cannot be equaled.

The other months know that while they possess certain charms, they pale beside the beauty, splendor, and enchantment of the month that was named for the Roman God Octabrianus who, of course, was named after the giant octopus that swallowed Cleopatra after she magically emerged from Moses’ O-hole.

Yes, October is the best.
